- INTRODUCTION
LK Beef Ranchers is a services and goods based consulting firm and is fully eligible to be compensated against its time, experience, expertise, advisory, consulting and services. Any amount earned in its scope of services is not refundable unless expressly declared.
- CANCELLATION RIGHTS
- Tangible Goods
- The client is entitled to cancel their Order for products (tangible goods) within 30 days without giving any reason for doing so.
- The deadline for cancelling an Order is 14 days from the date on which the client received the Goods or on which a third party the client has appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.
- In order to exercise their right of cancellation, the client must inform the company of their decision by means of a clear statement. Means of communication may be through any of the company’s contact details – email / telephone.
- The company will reimburse the client no later than 14 days from the day on which they receive the returned Goods. The company will use the same means of payment as the client used for the Order, and the client will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
- Services (Training and Consultation)
- Cancellation made within 0 – 7 calendar days before the date of service delivery is subject to no refund.
- A no-show on the date of check in, or non-attendance of client without having notified the organization within the applicable deadlines stipulated in this policy, is subject to no refund.
- Cancellation made within 8 – 14 calendar days before the date of service delivery is subject to 50% refund of the reservation amount by individuals and is subject to contractual agreement for groups / government / corporates.
- Cancellation made within 15 – 21 calendar days before the date of service delivery is subject 70% refund of the reservation amount by individuals and is subject to contractual agreement for groups / government / corporates.
- Cancellation made within 22 calendar days or more before the date of service delivery is subject to 100% refund, less 10% administration fee for individuals and subject to contractual agreement for government / corporates.
- Cancellation resulting from the inability of the organization to deliver the specified service shall be subject to 100% refund.

- CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS
- In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, client must make sure that:
- The Goods were purchased in the last 7 days
- The Goods are in the original packaging

The company apologizes if the client has received the wrong item by mistake. This is not common and the company will resolve this as quickly as possible.
To receive a refund or a replacement, the client must return the item in the same condition they received it and within 7 days from the day on which they received the item.
- Damaged Or Faulty Items
The company apologizes if the client has received an item that is damaged or faulty. This may be frustrating and the company will resolve this as quickly as possible.
If the item is faulty, the client must contact the company as soon as possible after discovering the fault, and the company will advise what to do next.

- Item Not Received
The company apologizes if the client has received the wrong item by mistake. This is not common and the company will resolve this as quickly as possible.
To receive a refund or a replacement, the client must inform the company that they have not received their goods within 21 days from the day on which the client received an email from the company confirming that the item had been dispatched.
- The following Goods cannot be returned:
- The supply of Goods made to client’s specifications or clearly personalized.
- The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
- The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
- The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
- Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to a client if it is not permitted by applicable law.
- RETURNING GOODS
- The client is responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to the company. They should send the Goods at communicated and confirmed address.
- The company cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, the company recommends an insured and trackable mail/courier service. The company is unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
- DIGITAL SERVICES (ONLINE TRAINING / CONSULTATION)
- The company does not issue refunds for digital services once the order is confirmed and the program has been started. A refund is not possible for educational material/course already started.
- No refunds are offered on deposits or payments for abandoned or dormant training/consultation material.
- DIGITAL PRODUCTS
LK Beef Ranchers honors refund request for training/consultation material under the following exceptional circumstances:
- “Non-delivery of the material – download/access issues due to LK Beef Ranchers server problems, issues originated from client’s e-mail service provider or unzipping difficulties. Claims for non-delivery must be submitted within 7 days from the date of the purchase. A training material is considered received and downloaded/used if no claim was submitted. For such requests, the company may refund within 7 days from the date of the purchase after investigating the claim.
- Training/Consultation Material “not as described” – such issues have to be reported within 7 days from the date of the purchase. A detailed, clear evidence must be provided with proof that the purchased and delivered content is “not as it is described” on LK Beef Ranchers’ website. All objections based purely on the clients’ false anticipations or desires do not meet the requirements for refunds.
- PAYMENT POLICY
- Products (Record Books and Software Application subscriptions)
- Payment can be made by cash or any major VISA prepay, credit or debit card through EFT and/or swipe.
- All transactions for purchase of online content (app subscriptions) are made through payment gateways such as PayPal or DPO Group that use SSL encryption.
- These payment gateways are safe and secure for using all types of credit cards and debit cards in different countries and the client’s details are not stored during this process.
- Since the client’s purchase is a digital product, it is deemed “used” after download or opening, and all digital purchases made on iherd.co.bw are non-refundable or exchangeable. Since the products made available here are intangible, there is a strict no refund policy.
- Payment via mobile money accounts can be made.
- All transactions must clear before products can be dispatched.
- Customer must pay 100% of the price of the product/s in advance.

- Services (Consultations and Training)
- Consulting Fee is treated as advance payment and considered as earned against the time and services of the Consultant, except the termination of the agreement for cause where;
- In cases of corporates or government clients, Purchase Order is to be submitted by client prior to service provision, upon completion of service provision the company sends an invoice to the Client which must be paid on or before 14 working days.
- Payment can be made by cash or any major VISA prepay, credit or debit card through EFT and/or swipe.
- Proof of payment must be sent to the company, and company must confirm receipt of payment.
- In cases of individuals, 100% payment in advance is to be paid.
- REFUND POLICY (SERVICES)
The official date used to determine a refund is the date of the transaction or request by the client.
- A client/trainee who officially withdraws from their course prior to the start date of training for the course may be eligible for a full refund of the course fee provided that several conditions are met.
- Clients/trainees registered in a program that is cancelled by the company will be eligible for a full refund of the course fee.
- Refunds for Courses Cancelled by The Company
The company will refund 100 percent of payments for programs cancelled by the company. The registration fee if any, is non-refundable, even when a program is cancelled by the company.
- Refund Schedule for Withdrawing from a Program Prior to the Commencement Date
Where clients withdraw from a program prior to the commencement, any upfront payment already made to the company will be refunded in full less 10% administration charges, with reference to the “Cancellation Rights”.
- Refund After the Program Commencement Date
- Where clients withdraw from / do not attend a program after the commencement date any upfront payments will be refunded only in “special circumstances.”
- Where “special circumstances” are apparent after the commencement date the Clients/Trainees will have to inform the company immediately stating the reasons for non-attendance.
- “Special circumstances” include those circumstances that:
- Are beyond the person’s control; and
- Do not make their full impact on the person until on/or after the commencement date for the program; and
- Make it impracticable for the client/trainee to complete the program.
- Some examples of “special circumstances” include:
- Declared natural disasters, infectious diseases, fires; and armed conflicts, terrorism and political instability
- Medical reasons where a learner’s medical condition has changed to such to an extent that the he or she is unable to continue the course
- Family/personal reasons such as death or severe medical problems within a family, or unforeseen family difficulties, so that it is unreasonable for the trainee/learner to continue with the course.
- Employment related reasons where a learner’s/trainee’s employment status or employment arrangements have changed so that the learner/trainee is unable to continue his/her studies, and this change is beyond their control.
- Course related reasons where the company has changed the course it had offered and the person is disadvantaged by either:
- Not being able to complete the course, or
- Not being given credit towards other courses

- TERMS OF AGREEMENT
The purchase of digital products, including PDF downloads and online educational material is subject to the following terms and conditions. Consumers are advised to review carefully before making any purchase
- LK Beef Ranchers reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product or service offerings without prior notice.
